The Global Competition Review (GCR) Live Law Leaders Asia-Pacific 2023 (Conference) was held on 29 and 30 August 2023 in Singapore.

The programme comprised a pre-eminent complement of speakers-both external and internal counsel, academics, economists, as well as a great number of enforcement officials - from across the region and globally.

U Than Maung, Vice Chairman of the Myanmar Competition Commission attended the conference as a representative from Myanmar.

The ASEAN roundtable discussion brought together ASEAN competition law enforcers to discuss capacity building, the development of competition law cooperation in the region, the differing treatment of key commercial conduct, key policy drivers in each jurisdiction, enforcement of competition laws, focus markets and recent cases.
