To support the ongoing process of consumer protrction activities for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) building among ASEAN Member States(AMSs), the ASEAN Committee on Consumer Protection (ACCP) Launches the ASEAN Consumer Complaints Leaflet. The Leaflet contains information on hotlines and/or national focal points in all AMSs for consumer complaints. The electronic version of the leaflet can be accessed on the ASEAN website (www.asean.org/26836), on the ACCP website on consumer redress ( www.aseanconsumer.org ), and on the official websites of the offices or agencies in charge of with consumer protection in individual AMSs.
